Where did Otaku Ippiki go to? I went to a HK doujin event and a maid cafe.
This is the report for doujin event "Tsuki no Matsuri"（月の祭 / Festival of the Moon(*1) ） as part-1 of my report.

Several weeks ago, I went to Kansai (Greater Osaka). On the platform of the Kobe train station, I spotted an interesting billboard.

Early March 2009, the live-action film 'Yatterman' premiered on the big screen. This film is based on the classic Tatsunoko anime of the same title, from the Time Bokan series.
Contrary to many skeptics(including me) who loved the original anime, this Yatterman(2009) was a surprise hit in Japan. According to an entertainment news source (JP-only), the number of viewers easily exceeded one million. This film will be distributed to more than 30 countries.

Where did the Otaku Ippiki go? This time, It's "Cafe Royal/T", located in Los Angeles, California, USA. "Royal/T" started business in 2008. So, how is America's first maid cafe(*1)? Here's my impression.

Early Oct, I attended "Harumi Cosplay Terminal"(by JCF), a cosplay event held at Harumi ferry terminal(JP-LINK1, JP-LINK2, JP-MAPLINK) in Harumi area. I am not there as a cosplayer (I can never do it!) (^^;), but a photographer for my cosplayer friends.
